We age our beloved Centerbe in used white wine barrels for 8 months. The resulting liqueur is flavored further with lemon leaf and saffron and bottled at 43% abv. The phrase "herbaceous Sauternes" has been thrown around by folks, and we love it. 200 cases available every Spring.
