Our Aperitivo is a bittersweet rendition of the classic “red bitter” but with more character. We infuse 17 fresh and dried organic botanicals for 2 weeks, including gentian, kola nut, hibiscus, fresh orange peel, and rhubarb root, in a non-GMO neutral grain spirit.  We strain and filter the resulting tincture and add organic cane sugar and cochineal to achieve the ruby hue we all love. Phenomenal in a Negroni, Americano, or on the rocks with a twist.
